Monitor daily site activities to ensure strict compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, UAE labor laws, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular toolbox talks, HSE briefings, and induction training for workers and subcontractors.
Perform site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Support implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and enforce proper control of high-risk activities like hot work, confined space entry, and lifting operations.
Participate in incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain up-to-date records of incident logs, inspection reports, PPE issuance, training records, and HSE statistics.
Coordinate emergency drills, safety campaigns, and ensure emergency response preparedness on-site.
Collaborate with ADNOC auditors and clients during HSE audits and ensure all documentation is available and up to standard.
5–6 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically in ADNOC offshore projects (mandatory).
Must hold valid HSE certifications – NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent recognized by ADNOC.
Strong knowledge of offshore safety protocols, PTW systems, and incident management.
Familiar with documentation processes, safety KPIs, and ADNOC reporting formats.
Good communication skills and ability to train, lead, and influence site teams.
