Min 5 plus years HR experience, knowledge on all HR functions, Understanding of HR operations (Visa processing etc) and strong communication and Presentation making skills. Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in the UAE.
Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and JAFZA HR compliance procedures.
Strong experience in compensation & benefits analysis, benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and HR reports.
Proficiency in HRMS systems, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and employee databases.
Simplifying HR solutions and enabling business growth through managing Talent Acquisition, designing Rewards, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness/Design, Talent Management & Development, HR Framework and system, Policies & Procedures along with the governance setup and much more.
