Assess training and development needs across departments
Design and deliver effective training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership, etc.)
Manage the full L&D cycle — from needs analysis to evaluation
Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions
Monitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
Organize workshops, e-learning, seminars, and external training sessions
Maintain and update training records, calendars, and budgets
Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives
Stay up to date with L&D trends, best practices, and tools
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)
3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector
Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platforms
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with ability to assess training ROI
Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
