This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure proper filing and organization of employee documents.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related correspondence.
Perform general administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Active, energetic, friendly, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
