Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our growing construction company.
HR Management: Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, and performance tracking.
Labor Law Knowledge: Understanding of local labor laws, contracts, and compliance.
Site Coordination: Effective communication between office and construction sites.
Document Handling: Managing HR files, site reports, permits, and licenses.
Attendance & Timekeeping: Managing timesheets, overtime, and biometric systems.
Administrative Support: Office organization, logistics, and asset tracking.
Communication Skills: Clear in written and verbal communication, bilingual preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and basic ERP systems.
Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Teamwork & Problem Solving: Cooperative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
