Job description

The job is responsible for developing plans and work mechanisms for programs and production, and contributing to achieving the vision and objectives of Al Oula Radio by supervising and monitoring all administrative and technical tasks related to programs and production.


Duties & Responsibilities:


• Developing the operational plan and contingency plan for the Programs and Production Department, monitoring its implementation, and ensuring that the plan’s pathways align with and serve the general objectives of the Radio Management.


·Coordinating and following up with the Media and Marketing Department regarding advertising and promotional activities to publicize the radio station’s activities.


·Providing all radio materials related to programs, including musical materials and songs, to social media staff.


·Coordinating and following up with the sales department and providing it with all information that contributes to expanding the radio station’s customer base and marketing share.


·Focusing on listeners’ needs and meeting their expectations through broadcast programs or periodic surveys, with the aim of improving performance and creating opportunities for enhancement.


·Setting the radio station’s music policies and obtaining approval from the line manager.


·Encouraging the submission of initiatives and proposals that contribute to the development of the department’s work and reviewing them with the Radio Director.


Bachelor's degree in Media / Management 


8 years of experience in the relevant field, including 3 years in supervisory role.
