The Head of Lead Generation will play a pivotal role in driving growth and network engagement for a portfolio of boutique real estate brokerages built and managed by our client in the UAE. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative outreach strategies, encompassing both warm and cold outreach, with a focus on rapidly expanding the client base and enhancing network relationships.

Description
Develop and Execute Lead Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies aligned with growth objectives for independent brokerages under the brand.
Optimize Digital Campaigns: Oversee performance marketing initiatives across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive high-quality real estate agent and client leads.
Manage CRM and Automation Tools: Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to segment, nurture, and convert prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, agent success, and operations teams to align lead generation with onboarding, branding, and retention goals.
Lead Data-Driven Growth: Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates) to continually refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
Expand Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships (e.g., referral programs, broker networks, real estate platforms) that drive scalable lead flow.
Create Targeted Content Funnels: Guide the development of landing pages, email sequences, and educational content aimed at attracting entrepreneurial agents.
Coach and Scale the Team: Recruit, train, and lead a performance-driven lead generation team, establishing KPIs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Profile
Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in building and scaling lead generation programs, ideally in real estate, SaaS, or service-based industries.
Strong Performance Marketing Skills: Expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn) with a deep understanding of A/B testing, CPL optimization, and retargeting strategies.
CRM & Automation Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to drive lead nurturing and funnel management.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable campaigns, backed by data insights and a test-and-learn mindset.
Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional or in-house teams with the ability to inspire, mentor, and deliver results under tight timelines.
Real Estate Market Understanding (Preferred): Familiarity with agent recruitment or brokerage growth dynamics is a strong advantage, especially in boutique or franchise-style environments.
