Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and governance across the organisationLead risk governance activities including risk appetite, taxonomy, and escalation frameworksOversee ICAAP processes including stress testing, capital planning, and regulatory submissionsProvide oversight of market risk in partnership with Treasury and second line functions, including monitoring and reportingDeliver enterprise risk reporting to senior management and governance committees, including emerging and thematic risk insightsManage RCSAs and KRIs across the organisation to ensure effective risk identification and monitoringSupport operational resilience, regulatory engagement, and embedding of risk culture across the business
Requirements10+ years’ experience in enterprise, operational, or market risk within banking or financial servicesStrong knowledge of ERM frameworks, ICAAP, market risk, RCSAs, KRIs, and risk governance structuresExperience presenting to senior governance committees and regulatorsProven ability to embed risk frameworks in fast-paced or growing organisationsStrong stakeholder management across risk, finance, treasury, and business functionsFRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent risk qualifications preferred
