Ecosystem & Growth Lead (Web3/DeFi) Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST Compensation : $200K - $250K We are hiring on behalf of our client, the team behind the next-generation yield engine for the crypto economy.
Their unified infrastructure layer connects deposited capital to the best risk-adjusted yield opportunities across Decentralized Finance (DeFi), continuously and automatically reallocating assets to maximize returns.
They are building the "last vault you’ll ever need" and are backed by leading venture capital firms and major blockchain foundations.
As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own our infrastructure's ecosystem-driven growth strategy end-to-end.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape.
You will scale customer acquisition and growth by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that are crucial to onboarding the next billion people into DeFi.
The Opportunity: Design, implement, and own the end-to-end ecosystem strategy for a foundational DeFi protocol.
