The Role
The Head of Corporate Communications will lead internal and external communications, media relations, and reputation management. This role will define messaging strategy aligned with corporate objectives. A key focus will be managing executive communications, crisis response, and public narratives. The role will also oversee internal communications and employee engagement. Close coordination with legal, government relations, and executive leadership will be required. The position will represent the organisation with media and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have senior communications leadership experience within large or high-profile organisations. Strong exposure to media relations and crisis communications is essential. Experience operating in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate discretion, clarity of judgment, and executive presence. Strong writing and messaging capability is required. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
