At eMagine Solutions, we’re thrilled to partner with a prestigious European multinational to find an exceptional Head of Contract Logistics to lead their dynamic operations in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of multiple sites, driving operational excellence, commercial growth, and strategic leadership in the fast-paced world of 3PL and logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Multi-Site Operations: Oversee a network of warehouses across the region, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain operations. You’ll manage everything from inventory control to dock-to-stock efficiency, using advanced warehouse management systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar to keep things running smoothly.
- Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of P&L, negotiate high-value 3PL contracts, and build strong relationships with key clients in retail, e-commerce, and B2B sectors. Your commercial acumen will secure cost savings and boost profitability.
- Inspire and Manage Teams: Lead a diverse team of warehouse managers and staff, setting KPIs, coaching for performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your leadership will empower up to 80+ people across multiple locations.
- Optimize Processes: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline fulfillment, and reduce costs. Leverage methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or HACCP to deliver measurable results.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with major clients across Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Automotive ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth (top line). Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships will be key to success.
Who You Are:
- A proven leader with extensive experience in 3PL, contract logistics, and warehouse management, ideally managing multiple sites and large-scale operations.
- Commercially savvy, with a track record of handling P&L, budgeting, and negotiating contracts that deliver value and efficiency.
- A hands-on manager who thrives in leading teams, setting clear KPIs, and driving performance in high-pressure environments.
- Skilled in modern warehouse technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Power BI) and adept at using data to make smart, fast-paced decisions.
- Experienced in working with diverse industries, from automotive, retail and e-commerce to FMCG, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
- Ready to relocate to Dubai, bringing energy, adaptability, and a passion for logistics to a global hub of opportunity.

Your Background:
- Significant experience in 3PL logistics, warehouse operations, and contract management, with a focus on multi-site leadership.
- Strong commercial experience, including budgeting, cost control, and client negotiations.
- A history of leading teams to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost savings.
- Familiarity with major clients in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG, and a proven ability to deliver results in these sectors.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French or Arabic are a plus.
