Our client, a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Guest Relation Officer to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and attentive to detail, creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with relevant departments to meet guest needs.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in coordinating VIP arrivals, events, and special occasions.
Support internal communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality standards is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage (English + Arabic or other languages).
Experience in luxury hotels or international hospitality brands.
