Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Group Finance Manager for a well-established international organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.


This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to lead group-level finance operations, reporting, controls, and strategic planning across multiple entities and countries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across multiple business units
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Monitor profitability, costs, and operational performance
  • Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital
  • Ensure VAT, tax, and statutory compliance across jurisdictions
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management
  • Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting
  • Support expansion plans, business growth, and financial due diligence

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
  • CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
  • Strong background in multi-country finance operations and consolidation
  • Strong experience in budgeting, planning, and analysis
  • Knowledge of tax, VAT, and regulatory frameworks
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Industry Background:

Banking, BPO, Shared Services, Hospitality, Government Services, Travel Services, Large Regional Groups
