Our client is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join their team onsite. They will lead and oversee the group finance function at the headquarters level, ensuring accurate financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
The role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, strengthening financial governance, and supporting business growth, while ensuring financial integrity, tax compliance, and operational efficiency across all entities globally.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage group-level financial reporting and consolidation across all entities and operating countries
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Drive group budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across regions
Monitor and analyze revenue, costs, and profitability of operations and business units
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, financial controls, and compliance across all entities
Oversee tax planning, VAT compliance, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership
Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks
Lead audit processes (internal, external, and regulatory) across all entities
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations at the group level
Coordinate with country finance teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
Support business expansion, new country setups, and financial due diligence activities
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
Experience:
10+ maximum years in finance and accounting
Strong experience in multi-country financial management and consolidation
Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and multi-entity accounting
Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
Strong understanding of taxation, VAT, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Experience in cash-intensive, regulated environments
