Black & Grey HR is partnering with a diversified holding company in the UAE to appoint a Group CFO. This role calls for a senior executive who can combine board-level strategic counsel with operational rigor across a diversified, high-volume consumer business. The Group CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for strengthening enterprise value, enhancing capital efficiency, building financial discipline across operating units, and ensuring the organization is equipped for sustained expansion in a dynamic environment.

1. Strategic Finance Leadership
- Lead the group’s financial strategy, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting.

- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on growth strategy, expansion plans, and major business decisions.

2. Commercial Performance & Capital Management

- Drive profitability improvement through margin enhancement, cost optimization, and working capital discipline.

- Oversee liquidity planning, banking relationships, capital allocation, and evaluation of investments and growth opportunities.

3. Governance, Risk & Reporting

- Ensure strong financial controls, tax oversight, audit management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk governance.

- Lead high-quality financial reporting and provide strategic insights to the Board, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.

4. Finance Transformation & Leadership

- Drive finance transformation through process improvement, systems enhancement, and reporting modernization.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the group’s long-term growth agenda.


Requirements- 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within large, complex, multi-entity organizations.

- Proven experience within complex, fast-paced, consumer-facing or diversified business environments.

- Proven track record in strategic finance, treasury, capital planning, business transformation, and board-level stakeholder engagement.

- Prior experience in the UAE is mandatory.
