Role Overview We are seeking a visionary, commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead AHS Properties into its next phase of accelerated growth and global expansion.
The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving revenue growth, enhancing operational excellence, and strengthening the company’s position as a leader in the ultra-luxury real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap Identify new market opportunities (UAE & international luxury markets) Lead mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment initiatives Business Growth & Revenue Drive sales performance across ultra-luxury residential portfolio Develop global client acquisition strategies targeting UHNW investors Strengthen relationships with key brokers, wealth advisors, and private banks Development Oversight Oversee full real estate lifecycle: land acquisition, design, development, sales, and delivery Ensure projects meet ultra-luxury standards, timelines, and profitability targets Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors Financial & Operational Performance Manage overall P&L, cash flow, and capital allocation Optimize operational structures and efficiencies Report to shareholders/board on performance and strategy Brand & Market Positioning Elevate brand positioning locally and globally Represent AHS Properties at international forums, investor meetings, and industry events Build a strong reputation within UHNW and luxury real estate networks Leadership & Culture Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability Align organizational structure with growth ambitions Why Join AHS?

Experience 15–20+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, investment, or luxury real estate Proven track record as CEO / Managing Director / Executive Director Strong exposure to Dubai or GCC real estate market (highly preferred) Experience managing high-value luxury or ultra-luxury developments Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving profitability Skills & Competencies Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen Strong global network within UHNW, investors, and brokerage communities Deep understanding of real estate finance, development cycles, and sales strategy Leadership presence with strong stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Preferred Background Experience with branded residences / ultra-luxury developments Exposure to global markets (Europe, UK, US, or prime luxury hubs) MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive executive compensation package Performance-based bonus and long-term incentives Opportunity to shape one of Dubai’s fastest-growing luxury developers
