About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging design and a strong command over digital asset management. This role is essential in bringing our products to life visually, maintaining consistency across platforms, and ensuring accuracy in packaging specifications, sampling, and approval processes.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a wide range of design tasks while adhering to precise technical requirements and branding guidelines. Familiarity with managing media libraries and basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Packaging Design
Develop engaging and production-ready packaging designs for retail and e-commerce.
Apply accurate measurements, die lines, and print specs suitable for commercial production.
Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to initiate, track, and approve packaging samples.
Maintain systematic records for packaging versions, sample approvals, and revisions.
Ensure brand consistency, visual appeal, and compliance with print and material standards.
Design Tools & Technical Execution
Expert-level usage of:
Adobe Illustrator (for packaging and die line design)
Photoshop, InDesign
Canva and other modern design tools
Understanding of color models, printing techniques, and finishing types (e.g., embossing, lamination, etc.)
Ability to interpret and apply product packaging specifications and mock-ups
Media Library & File Management
Manage and organize a structured digital media library across:
OneDrive, shared cloud systems, and physical backups
Implement proper naming conventions, file versioning, and categorization of all creative assets
Ensure easy access, retrieval, and security of media files for marketing, web, and print usage
Marketing Collateral & Branding
Create product visuals, brochures, POS materials, and digital assets for campaigns
Support social media, email, and website banners with high-quality creatives
Assist in brand asset development including logo enhancements, identity systems, and guidelines
Additional Experience (Preferred) :
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for emailers or landing page support
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web layout alignment
Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus
Candidates with own visa are preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2–3 years of professional design experience, especially in packaging
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong eye for layout, typography, alignment, spacing, and branding
Understanding of printing processes, paper types, materials, and packaging limitations
Strong record-keeping habits and structured design asset management
Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and handle feedback constructively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter, organized, and quality-focused
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Animation or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
3D Modelling, Texturing and Animations
Product photography or mock-up creation
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Mid journey) for concept design
