Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling assets for our website, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of minimal and luxury aesthetics, proficiency in Adobe softwares, and experience designing for e-commerce or beauty brands. You’ll collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels while delivering high-quality, conversion-focused visuals.

General Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in digital or e-commerce design, preferably within beauty or fragrance sectors.


Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and optionally After Effects or Premiere for video content.
  • Digital-first mindset: Ability to design for web, email, social media, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Brand consistency: Understanding and maintaining brand identity and aesthetic.
  • Product presentation: Creating visually appealing product images, and campaign graphics.
  • Typography and layout skills: Clear understanding of composition, negative space, and minimal yet elegant design principles.


Tools & Platforms Familiarity

  •  Shopify: Experience with Shopify content blocks, banners, and promotional assets.
  • Klaviyo or ESPs: Email header and body design tailored for marketing platforms.
  • Meta & Google Ads: Designing assets that fit ad specs and performance requirements.
  • Figma (optional): For collaborative workflows or simplified asset creation.


Soft Skills

  •  Attention to detail and ability to follow visual guidelines.
  •  Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  •  Strong communication skills for working with marketing, development, and product teams.
