Job Description

AECOM are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Graduate Proposal Management Specialist to join our Strategy & Growth team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.


Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.


The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.)


In this role, you will serve as a key support function for our bids and proposals department, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive bids and proposals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with submission requirements and support the overall success of our business development initiatives.


Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate the preparation and assembly of bid and proposal documents, ensuring all required components are included and properly formatted
  • Maintain comprehensive bid calendars and track submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all proposals
  • Organize and manage proposal documentation, including filing systems, databases, and digital repositories for easy retrieval and reference
  • Review bid and proposal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and organizational standards
  • Monitor and update bid tracking systems and maintain accurate records of all submissions and outcomes

Qualifications
  • A Bachelors Degree in business administrations / technical fields or a related subject 
  • Must have recently graduated or be on track to graduate prior to the program start date. Preference is given to candidates who have graduated within the past 12 months, up to 24 months.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
