Position Summary


As a Graduate Marketing Associate, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and large‑scale regional events while building a strong foundation for your career at Emerson. Based in Dubai, this role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, business development, and operations teams. You will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility across the region.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital initiatives, and social media activities.
  • Support regional marketing events and exhibitions by coordinating logistics, vendors, branding, communications, and on‑site execution.
  • Collaborate with product and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and effective display of products at events.
  • Partner with marketing operations teams to help create and deploy marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social content.
  • Maintain and update project progress using internal project management tools.
  • Upload, track, and manage event and campaign leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Digital Sales, and Field Sales teams to support aligned execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn additional digital and marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation systems.
  • Exposure to marketing, communications, or digital sales through internships, academic projects, or early‑career experience.
