Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Interior Designer - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi.



Responsibilities

KEO are looking to recruit talented Emirati architects from graduate level to 1 - 2 years’ experience to support KEO divisions throughout a 1-year rotational program within our architecture functions. Depending on where the role is assigned, responsibilities may vary day to day.  Working under direct supervision of experienced managers and professionals, completes a variety of assignments designed to provide exposure to and training in chosen field of expertise. May broaden operational knowledge through rotational assignments across multiple teams.


We envisage success in this role to include:


  • Becomes familiar with the KEO business, divisions, operations, culture, department relationships and clients by providing support through the different stages of the project. Receives on-the-job and technical training from managers and experienced co-workers.
  • Completes assignments through different rotations to gain business knowledge and technical skills.
  • Develops problem solving, project management, relationship management and analytical skills through supporting senior level staff on project.
  • Communicates task progress to relevant senior staff member or project manager.
  • Supports senior staff to liaise with government agencies and other authorities as may be required regarding development objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with KEO's Quality Assurance policies and procedures
  • Attends training programs as required to address identified gaps in or learning or to develop an understanding of KEO's consultancy business. Demonstrates understanding through application to project work on an ongoing basis.
  • Completes periodic and summary reports of projects and accomplishments in training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
