Your impact
- Supporting the design and delivery of engineering projects (Design & Engineering, Project Management Consultant-PMC, Construction Supervision-CS) alongside experienced professionals.
- Assisting in preparing technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
- Collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Taking part in site activities, field inspections, design reviews, and team meetings to gain real project experience.
- Growing your personal and soft skills, technical skills, and career through mentorship and structured development opportunities.
- Assistin the planning and design of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, roads, and bridges, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings,reportsand project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform material testing and analysis to ensure the quality and sustainability of materials used in construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Promote sustainable practices and innovative solutions in civil engineering projects to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Here's what you'll need
- Qualifications: Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Academic Excellence: Proven history of outstanding academic performance.
- Drive and Determination: Exhibit unwavering determination and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate in diverse environments.
- Fresh graduates from 2024 onwards are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in engineering.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
