Government Industry Account Manager
Under the general supervision of the Commercial Manager, the Job Holder is responsible for managing, acquiring and developing new and existing business in the Commercial fuel and asphalt sector in order to help ensure the growth aspirations and objectives of the business are reached.
Account Relationship Management & Development
Monitors and analyses customer monthly sales against targets and report.
Effective control of payment collections within agreed guidelines
Conducts regular sales visit/call rota to key consumer accounts
Supervises responsiveness to customer queries and complaints
Participates and responds to feedback from annual customer satisfaction survey
Aligns and meets with Card and Lubricant colleagues for mutual business opportunities on a monthly basis
Captures commercial fuels and asphalt business in UAE with agreed industry parameters.
Strategic Management
Develops information to be incorporated into the annual and 3 year Commercial Marketing Business Plans.
Develops strategy, annual business plans and budget requirements for management of commercial fuels sector.
Utilizes key influencer skills to ensure fully abreast of trends in the commercial fuel sector.
Conduct
Conducts business in a transparent and professional manner, i.e;
Within the bounds of the laws if the UAE.

Develops internal relationships with key individuals and management in F&A, ITD, Card & Lubricant Business units.
Reporting
Reports to Commercial Manager on day to day developments / opportunities
Presents weekly work plan (call rota, opportunities, collections, manpower issues)
Reports sales analysis/performance against target on a monthly basis.
EHS
Complies fully with Group EHS policies in all work activities undertaken.
Business Degree Educated with 8-10 years of Sales Management Experience; Petroleum Product Knowledge; Sales Training Experience
Knowledge of Business / Industrial companies in UAE. Knowledge of Fleet / Vehicle / Transport Management Requirements
