About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to join the Creators & Programs team at Creators HQ in Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering engaging programs and initiatives that support creators and partners.
You will work closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to develop program frameworks, manage schedules and resources, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives aligned with Creators HQ’s goals.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about the creator economy, community building, and program development.
Key Responsibilities Program Development & Management -Design and deliver engaging programs and initiatives for creators and partners -Develop program frameworks, schedules, and resources -Manage relationships with creators, partners, and cross-functional teams Program Execution & Coordination -Develop and oversee programs that support Creators HQ’s goals, including talent development, community engagement, and partnership initiatives -Design program content, schedules, and materials tailored for creators and partners -Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, operations, and community to ensure seamless execution Monitoring & Growth -Track program progress and measure success against KPIs, reporting results to leadership -Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, partners, and external stakeholders -Identify new opportunities for program innovation and growth -Minimum 5 years of experience in program management , preferably in creative industries, media, events, or digital platforms -Strong planning and organizational skills -Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English essential, Arabic is a plus) -Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing program budgets
