The Role We are hiring a senior-level Partner Manager / Channel Director to build and activate strategic relationships across the global Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will focus on: Developing strong relationships with: Salesforce Account Executives Regional Sales Leaders Industry Directors Sales Associates Internal Salesforce Partner Managers Positioning Kompetenza as the innovation partner of choice Driving qualified pipeline across our three core solution stacks Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Salesforce Ecosystem Relationship Building Build and manage strategic relationships inside Salesforce (multiple regions) Increase visibility across AE and regional sales teams Support co-sell and joint account planning initiatives Navigate Salesforce internal structures and sales motions effectively 2️⃣ Solution Positioning & GTM Promote and position: EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit Corporate Services Cloud Business-Ready Salesforce Conduct account mapping sessions Identify white space opportunities Develop strong vertical use cases 3️⃣ Partner Enablement Run enablement sessions for Salesforce sellers Create compelling solution positioning material Develop internal Salesforce champions Align with Salesforce Partner Program strategy 4️⃣ Pipeline & Revenue Impact Generate partner-sourced opportunities Track partner-influenced revenue Support strategic account planning Ideal Candidate Profile Mandatory: 5+ years as a Partner Manager / Alliances Manager within a SaaS organisation Proven experience working within or closely alongside Salesforce Deep understanding of Salesforce sales cycles and internal structure Strong network within Salesforce (AE, Director, RVP level preferred) Highly Preferred: Former Salesforce employee (Sales, AE, AM, or Partner Manager) Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions International partnership experience 💡 What We’re Looking For This is a senior strategic role — not a junior channel position.
