Job Description:
-Develop and deliver evidence‑based gifted enrichment programs in various areas, including STEM and STEAM. -Conduct screening and initial assessments of gifted/talented learners to identify gifted/talented learners' areas of strength. -Design and oversee the implementation of Advanced Learning Plans (ALPs) for gifted and talented learners. -Engage families as strategic partners to shape and sustain optimal learning pathways for gifted and talented learners. Offer professional development in the area of talent development. Lead community outreach and awareness initiatives related to gifted/talented education.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g, Special Education, Gifted Education, Educational Psychology)
Experience/Skills:
A minimum of 7 years of experience teaching gifted and talented learners is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (e.g, Special Education, Gifted Education, Educational Psychology and robotics engineering ), with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree in Gifted Education. Professional certification in gifted education, enrichment programming, or assessment is considered a strong advantage and enhances the candidate’s suitability for the role.
