The Role
A hands-on General Manager with P&L ownership, responsible for driving revenue, leading the team, and delivering a client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage P&L
- Drive revenue growth and develop commercial strategies
- Lead operations, sales, and customer service teams
- Oversee fleet utilization and maintenance planning
- Build corporate, hotel, and VIP client relationships
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in car rental, automotive, or hospitality management
- Strong Dubai network in luxury or corporate sectors
- UAE experience
