Key Responsibilities/Duties:


  1. Carry out daily activities and control the workforce.                                                                         
  2. Assign tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently, productively and safely.                         
  3. Resolve issues among team members                                                                                           
  4. Supervise, plan and implement site works as per approved drawings, plans and method statements.
  5. Ensure works are carried out as per HSE and relevant Authority regulations                             
  6. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trade foremen
  7. Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams                                     
  8. Ensure materials and tools are available as needed.                                                                       
  9. Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings.                                                                               
  10. Maintain records of labor, materials, and progress.                                                                             
  11. Assist with timesheets and attendance tracking.



Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, road, and bridge construction processes
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and manage a team of workers
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during construction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Experience with budgeting and cost control to manage project finances efficiently
