Gardener (Private Family)

A private family is seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener to maintain and enhance the outdoor areas of a private residence. The role involves daily care of plants, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas, ensuring the garden remains healthy, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas of the private residence.
  

  
  

• Perform regular watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
  

  
  

• Plant and nurture flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal plants as required.
  

  
  

• Ensure proper care of irrigation systems and report any maintenance issues.
  

  
  

• Keep garden tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and in good condition.
  

  
  

• Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste regularly.
  

  
  

• Support basic outdoor cleaning tasks related to garden areas (paths, patios, outdoor furniture).
  

  
  

• Identify plant diseases or pests and recommend appropriate treatment.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with household staff or management when required for garden-related works.
  

  
  

• Follow family guidelines regarding privacy, safety, and work standards.
  

  
  

• Proven experience as a Gardener for a private villa, estate, or landscaped property.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of plants, trees, lawn care, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping.
  

  
  

• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  

  
  

• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
  

  
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  

  
  

• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic (advantage).
  

  
  

• Prior experience working with private families or VIP households is preferred.
  

  
  

• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
