Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Reception:
  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.


Membership & Sales Support:
  • Provide information on membership plans, promotions, and fitness programs.


  • Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.


  • Handle billing, payments, and account updates.


  • Promote additional services such as personal training, classes, and retail products.


Administrative & Facility Management:
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.

  • Assist in scheduling fitness classes and personal training appointments.

General Duties:
