Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Foreman specializing in structure steelfixing to oversee the construction projects and ensure all steel fixing work is carried out efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural drawings, be able to manage a team of workers, and maintain a safe working environment.
Job Responsibility:
1. Interpret structural drawings and plans to determine the requirements for steelfixing.
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of steelfixers on site to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
3. Inspect and approve materials used in the construction project to ensure compliance with specifications.
4. Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure working environment.
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in structure steelfixing or a similar role within the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of structural drawings, steel fixing techniques, and construction materials.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of workers.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all steelfixing work.
5. Certification in steelfixing or a relevant field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of structural steel fixing techniques and procedures
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
3. Ability to accurately measure and cut steel bars and mesh
4. Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in steel fixing
5. Experience in overseeing a team of steel fixers and coordinating work schedules

7. Excellent communication and leadership skills
8. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any steel fixing issues on-site
9. Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding conditions
