Job Summary:
The Foreman for Infrastructure (Roads, Utilities, Bridges & Marine) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to roads, utilities, bridges, and marine structures.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, including budgetary constraints and quality control.
4. Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
6. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in infrastructure construction, specifically roads, utilities, bridges, and marine projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
5. Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
