We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee and manage all construction activities on our worksite. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks, supervising workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on the worksite.
2. Direct and oversee the work of laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
4. Keep track of project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Train and mentor new employees.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a construction-related field is a plus.
