We are looking for a talented and responsible Florist & Store Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, gift hampers, and floral displays.
Design and execute balloon decorations for various occasions and events.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop.
Handle customer inquiries and take orders via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store visits.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Assist in growing the business through creative ideas and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience as a florist is essential.
Knowledge of balloon decoration and event setups.
Good understanding of floral suppliers and inventory management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage the store efficiently.
Experience handling orders through calls and messaging platforms.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Creative, organized, and proactive personality.
