Position Title:             Florist

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus

A premier luxury event planning firm based in Dubai, renowned for crafting exceptional experiences with precision, creativity, and elegance

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare comprehensive floral action plans outlining design concepts, flower types, quantities, and timelines. Submit plans to the Event Manager for approval and revise based on team feedback.
  • Design luxurious, theme-aligned arrangements and lead their execution on-site. Supervise setup, ensure visual excellence, and liaise with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Oversee assistant floral coordinators, assign responsibilities, and provide ongoing guidance. Foster a creative and professional team culture that supports high standards.
  • Maintain floral inventory and freshness, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely preparation. Stay updated on global trends and propose fresh, high-impact floral concepts.

 


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino nationals, 40 years and below.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience floral coordination, preferably in luxury events or hospitality settings.
  • Strong design, wrapping, and presentation skills; deep knowledge of seasonal flowers and care techniques.
  • Floral design certification preferred.
