Achieve or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets set by management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Follow up on post-sale activities including vehicle delivery, registration, and after-sales support.
Ensure a high level of customer retention and referrals through proactive relationship management.
Collaborate with internal departments (finance, logistics, after-sales, and registration) to ensure smooth execution of fleet sales transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Great Wall Motors’ product lineup, features, pricing, and value propositions.
Keep abreast of developments in the UAE automotive market, particularly within the fleet and government sectors.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Chinese automotive brands and their competitive positioning.
Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market opportunities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of fleet or government sales experience within the automotive industry.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Experience with Chinese or emerging automotive brands will be a distinct advantage.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market, tendering processes, and fleet procurement operations.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to brand representation.
