Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Fire Alarm Technician for our maintenance division in Dubai. The candidate must have experience in fire alarm systems within civil construction, MEP projects, and building maintenance environments.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial/residential buildings
  • Troubleshooting fire detection systems (smoke detectors, heat detectors, control panels)
  • Preventive maintenance under AMC contracts
  • Coordination with civil & MEP teams during site maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defense standards
  • Maintain reports and documentation
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years experience in fire alarm maintenance
  • Experience in construction sites, fit-out, or facility management projects
  • Diploma/ITI in Electrical or related field
  • Knowledge of fire alarm panels (Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier preferred)
  • Basic English communication
