About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support financial operations within a fast-paced HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.Support reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis.
Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding collections.Prepare payment schedules and coordinate approvals.Maintain accurate records of client and vendor accounts.
Financial ReportingAssist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies.Provide financial reports and insights to management when required.
Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.Assist with VAT documentation, filing, and reconciliations.Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.Maintain proper financial controls and procedures.
Coordination & Administrative SupportCoordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals.Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.Support financial documentation and record management.Ensure smooth coordination of finance-related operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within service-based industries.UAE National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
