We are currently supporting a dynamic, fast-growing B2B organization based in JLT, Dubai in their search for a Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional with a strong grounding in financial reporting and ERP implementation to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and operational transformation.

Client Details

Our client is a privately held group with operations across multiple subsidiaries in the UAE. As they embark on a group-wide ERP transformation, they are seeking a capable finance leader who can manage both day-to-day financial control and systems integration, while ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting across entities.

Description
Oversee revenue distribution processes and ensure accuracy across entitiesMonitor group bank accounts, including weekly banking transactions and reconciliationsManage head office accounting ensuring timely and accurate recordingSupport the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the FOCUS 9 ERP systemOversee and control ERP implementation in subsidiaries, ensuring systems are aligned and functioning effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and process issuesMaintain accurate and timely financial records in compliance with applicable standardsContribute to reporting processes and support month-end and year-end closing activities


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the UAEProfessional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatoryExperience in the B2B sector is advantageousPrevious experience with Big 4/Top 10 firms is beneficialGroup-level finance experience is a strong plusExperience working with ERP systems; FOCUS 9 knowledge is a bonusStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesImmediate availability is highly preferred
