Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing environment. The role involves handling employee records, attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee relations, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a factory or manufacturing setup and be comfortable managing a large workforce.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.



  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate submission of attendance and overtime data.



  • Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies.



  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction of new employees.



  • Coordinate employee documentation, contract renewals, and HR correspondence.



  • Generate HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, turnover, and payroll.



  • Coordinate with production and department managers regarding workforce requirements.



  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.



  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR documentation.



  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across factory operations.



  • Maintain HR data within ERP/HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field



  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a factory/manufacturing setup



  • Experience in attendance and payroll coordination



  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law



  • ERP/HRMS experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.)



  • Good Excel and communication skills
