The institution is expanding its client management function and is seeking an experienced Relationship Management Lead to enhance strategic stakeholder engagement and strengthen its market ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key market participants, including issuers, custodians, dealers, and financial market infrastructures.
• Lead and coordinate client engagement initiatives to support business development across products and services, including emerging digital asset solutions.
• Oversee sales and client services teams to ensure effective onboarding, cross selling, and high quality client support.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to refine client offerings and ensure strong market communication.
• Analyze client needs, industry trends, and business drivers to identify opportunities that support market growth and organizational objectives.
• Represent the organization in presentations, industry events, and stakeholder discussions to promote offerings and drive strategic alignment.

Qualifications and Skills
• 6–7+ years of experience in post trade, banking, or financial market infrastructure, with a strong understanding of securities settlement and depository services.
• Proven track record in managing institutional client relationships and leading relationship management or sales teams.
• Strong insight into financial market trends, custody services, clearing processes, and capital markets operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Leadership abilities with experience guiding teams, driving performance, and supporting career development.
• Fluency in English, with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
