SLO (Symbiotic Lifestyle Optimization) is redefining the future of food. A premium Food Tech project at the intersection of science, nutrition, and culinary art — and we’re looking for a dynamic Head Chef (Operations) to join us in Dubai!
What to do?:
-finalize the already developed menu and develop new dishes together with R&D and concept chefs;
- ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for launch, including zoning and logistics, selection and purchase of equipment and organization of assembly processes;
- select and train the kitchen team; coordinate the kitchen and bar according to a single concept;
- maintain and update all culinary documentation, as well as participate in preparing processes for scaling;
- suggest and implement improvements based on feedback collected from the team and guests;
- work closely with R&D, logistics and marketing and report weekly to the team and partners.
