JOB PURPOSE:


The Executive Advisor (Stakeholder Management) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of various objectives related to production, operations, drilling, and projects within Concession Obligations to meet ADNOC production mandates. This role emphasizes maintaining a high level of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards while ensuring effective communication with other upstream functions.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Production and Operations: Oversee and assure the delivery of production mandates and operational objectives in alignment with concession obligations.
  • Drilling and Projects: Manage drilling activities and project execution to meet ADNOC's production targets safely and efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain high-level communication with upstream functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Concession Document Objectives: Work on objectives directly extracted from the concession document, including but not limited to:
  1. Implementing the asset lead concept in AON & AOFF.
  2. Managing the gas fees mechanism for all upstream assets, including SPCs.
  3. Ensuring production mandates follow the concession mandate and reservoir management guidelines.
  4. Promoting smart and strategic incremental production.
  5. Enforcing concession obligations to match development plans adhering to UAE laws and standards.
  6. Participating in technical committees and sub-committees to ensure the delivery of required production mandates according to L2 and L3 schedules.
  7. Contributing to concession documents for all operating companies and SPCs in discussions with ADNOC legal.
  8. Safeguarding Government and ADNOC interests during meetings with international stakeholders.

Generic Accountabilities


  • Supervision: Plan, supervise, and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
  • Budgets: Provide input for preparation of the Unit / Divisional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver objectives. Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Implement approved Unit / Divisional policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:


  • Internal: Regular contact with Executive Vice President, Upstream Asset Management, and other upstream functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • External: Frequent contact with External Partners (Shareholders, IOCs, NOCs, and Service Providers) to safeguard Government and ADNOC interests during meetings with international stakeholders 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

Minimum Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering with a background in Planning and Project Management experience. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: 


  • 13-15 years of experience in field development and drilling operations industry, out of which 4 years at a supervisory level. Good knowledge of various technical & quality standards and their appropriate application in the Drilling Industry. Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditions. Solid knowledge of storewide budgeting, margin, pricing, financial statements, and other retail financial indicators. Ability to plan, develop, and implement efficient and productive retail operations systems and procedures. Basic knowledge of Company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing. Good knowledge of computer software skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Acrobat.
