We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in Exhibitions and Events to lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing marketing strategies, managing creative and PR suppliers, and driving impactful digital and social marketing initiatives that amplify event visibility and engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in exhibition or event marketing (B2B & B2C) for major industry platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, creative communication, and digital media ecosystems .
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact campaigns under tight timelines.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in Marketing within Exhibitions, Events, or Experiential industries .
Proficiency in social media strategy, PR management, and campaign analytics tools .
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategy & Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and live events.
Create comprehensive marketing calendars, campaign frameworks, and budget allocations aligned with business objectives.
Identify audience segments and develop targeted outreach strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
2. Brand & Content Management Oversee creative direction , ensuring alignment with brand tone, event identity, and business goals.
Manage content development across digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints , including websites, social media, and event collateral.
Work closely with internal teams and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling .
3. Agency & Vendor Management Lead coordination with PR agencies , media partners , and creative design studios .
Supervise all external partners (PR, design, social, media buying, and production) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Negotiate contracts and evaluate performance of external suppliers.
4. Public Relations & Communications Develop and manage PR strategies , press releases, and media engagement plans.
Build strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry publications to maximize coverage.
Oversee influencer collaborations and ensure positive brand reputation management.
5. Digital & Social Marketing Lead digital campaigns across social media, Google, and email marketing platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
Work with designers and motion teams to produce engaging social and video content .
6. Event Marketing & On-Ground Presence Plan and manage visitor acquisition campaigns for exhibitions.
Drive strategic partnerships and cross-promotions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
Oversee marketing presence and experience during live events.
