Help AG is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join as an Events Marketing Intern who will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is highly operational and hands-on. The intern will assist with day-to-day event tasks, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and support on-ground execution before, during, and after events.


This role is suited for a person who is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.



Responsibilities:


  • Support planning and execution of multiple events.


  • Track event timelines, checklists, and deliverables.


  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and content.


  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners for logistics and materials.


  • Assist with registrations, attendee lists, badges, and on-site logistics.


  • Support creation and distribution of event assets such as invitations, agendas, and basic collateral.


  • Assist with event communication via email, WhatsApp, and social media.


  • Support live event coverage including photos, short videos, and updates.


  • Help with post-event follow-ups, reporting, and content organization.


  • Be present on-site during events to support setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.


  • Assist with speaker coordination, session flow, and attendee management.


Qualification & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple events at the same time.


  • Comfortable working on-site and outside regular office hours when required.


  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.


  • Strong communication skills, writing and verbal.


  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn by doing.
