Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring the ERP system aligns with business processes to improve operational efficiency across departments, including supply chain, production, logistics, and finance.
The ERP Manager will manage system configurations, ensure data integrity, provide user training, and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business functions. This role also involves managing ERP projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and ensuring successful system implementation aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
ERP System Implementation & Maintenance

• Plan, create, configure, test, and deploy ERP system upgrades, enhancements, or new modules.
• Ensure ERP systems are implemented effectively and aligned with operational and business requirements.
• Maintain ERP system performance, reliability, and security.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze business processes across supply, production, logistics, and finance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed solution concepts to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Advise and assist employees in improving business processes through customized ERP and IT solutions.

Project Management – Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Manage ERP-related projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
• Track project progress and ensure systems are implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with business targets.

Operational Support & System Performance

• Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.
• Resolve system problems promptly to prevent operational downtime.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support to end users.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP system.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Maintain proper system documentation, procedures, and manuals.

User Training & Support

• Provide comprehensive ERP training to end users.
• Support employees in adapting to new systems and improving system utilization.
• Ensure continuous support and system adoption across departments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience managing ERP software projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Good knowledge of coding, programming, and technical ERP system functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and financial processes.
• Experience in ERP system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in business process optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• French language skills are an advantage.
