WE ARE Hiring: Engineer – Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to supervise CNC programmers and lead fabrication operations within our workshop. The role ensures timely production, quality standards, and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.


  • Location: UAE
  • Salary: AED 16,000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise CNC programmers & oversee fabrication operations
  • Review engineering drawings & determine material/equipment needs
  • Plan manpower, machine loading & workflow to meet KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, OEM standards & ISO systems
  • Develop employees through training & continuous improvement
  • Monitor documentation, inspections & final product quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–6 years in fabrication/manufacturing (automotive preferred)
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, MRO & ISO processes
  • Ability to interpret blueprints & use precision tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office (SAP a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license (or ability to obtain)
