Job Summary:
The EHS Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards on our PV solar project site. The role involves implementing EHS programs, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture among the project team and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards applicable to PV solar projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies. • Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to EHS standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct EHS training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel and contractors to raise awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety on the site.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
