Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation.
Monitor concrete pouring activities and ensure curing procedures are followed.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct internal audits and site quality meetings.
Ensure calibration of equipment and testing instruments.
Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (if applicable).
Assist in handing over completed works with proper documentation.
