Employee Wellness Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets.
We are seeking an Employee Wellness Administrator with experience developing and implementing wellness programs.
Responsibilities
· Manage the staff recognition and incentive program.
· Produce internal communications about HR initiatives and proceedings.
· Arrange staff birthday greetings.
· Motivate participation in the ideas program by creating an employee committee and provide feedback and reports of the program’s progress to staff
and management.
· Ensure the staff locker rooms & cafeteria are well maintained and respected.
· Ensure that staff wellness and accommodation are well maintained.
· Ensure the onboarding of new employees are managed effectively.
· Build excitement around, and stage internal events for staff.
· Manage the schedule and reporting for community upliftment projects.
· Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
Requirements:
· Relevant recognized tertiary qualification.
· Knowledge of practices, policies and procedures within a hotel environment would be an advantage.
· At least two years’ experience in HR or Marketing. (Previous experience Incentive Programs, Recognition Programs, Wellness Programs or Project
Management would be advantageous).
